The Blogger
My name is Tish, and I’m a 30 something single gal living in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have been working in the Human Resources field for a number of years now, and I recently started a new job as Director of Payroll Services for a rapidly growing professional employer organization. I’ve been blogging since November 2004. My other interests include theatre, movies, music, and baseball. I have a 10 year old Black Lab mix named Molly. I recently lost my Dalmatian, Cruella. She was such a blessing in my life.
The Blog
The Kat House was founded in 2004 to serve as an outlet for the very random and sometimes crazy thoughts that tend to float around inside my head. The blog actually originated on MySpace, and in 2005 was transferred to a Blogspot domain. In 2007, I made the jump to paid hosting and purchased chattiekat.com. You can find all the old MySpace and Blogspot posts archived here. The Kat House has approximately 150 RSS subscribers. You can join them by subscribing to my feed.

BlogsWeLuv was co-founded by myself and Mike Wheeler, but is now run entirely by me. The blog is dedicated to spreading the word about unique and interesting blogs. I haven’t had much time to dedicate to the site in recent months, but I hope to be updating it on a regular basis again in the near future.
Blogging Gal was launched to serve as a resource for both new and veteran bloggers. Its goal was to provide blogging tips and tricks, news, reviews of various tools and services, and other helpful information for the blogging community. This blog is currently defunct, and I have decided not to resurrect it.
