Teeni tagged me on an interesting new meme. I have to post about a song that touches me and brings me to tears. I had planned to post one of the many tearjerking country songs I know, but instead, I decided to go a completely different route.
Many years ago, the tears flowed when I first heard Vincent by Don McLean. And I still cry like a baby when I hear it. Loving the art of Vincent Van Gogh as I do, the song stirs up a lot of emotion in me. I dare you to listen to this without tearing up.
I’d like to tag Andrew, Judy, Sandy, Missy, and Scott. I can’t wait to see what songs make ‘em cry!

Aww, great choice – I just heard this song the other day for the first time!!! It really is a tear jerker. I had to laugh because you sound so mean in your tags when you say “I can’t wait to see what songs make ‘em cry!” LOL

Like Sandy said above, this is a bit too serious for my silly fun blog, but I’ll still find a way to make it fit.
And this will be a tough one, actually. I can think of a few movies that’d bring me to tears, but songs… Hmmm… And I assume you’re not talking about stuff like Jessica Simpsons here. Heh.
