Any living thing, human or animal will 9 times out of 10 freak out and in their panic end up injuring/drowning you as you try and rescue them. Its nice that this all worked out but that guy was a fool for jumping in with a possibly panicked black bear. He got lucky, pure and simple. If the tranq hadn't taken effect we would have been hearing about his body washing up along the coast. This video falls into the NEVER try this at home category...
