You may have heard the recent news story about the man who saved a 375 pound black bear from drowning. Check this out.
This video brings me to tears. Sadly, most people would have stood by and watched this poor animal die. Many kudos to Adam Warwick for risking his own life to save a bear! He is certainly an angel among us.

What a racist. Spending all that time saving a black bear, when there are thousands of polar bears that need saving.

Ok I know you think this guy is an angel but take it from someone with experience with rapid water rescue. Any living thing, human or animal will 9 times out of 10 freak out and in their panic end up injuring/drowning you as you try and rescue them.
Its nice that this all worked out but that guy was a fool for jumping in with a possibly panicked black bear. He got lucky, pure and simple. If the tranq hadn’t taken effect we would have been hearing about his body washing up along the coast. This video falls into the NEVER try this at home category…
