I’m not much of an outdoorsy person, especially with the kind of heat we’ve had lately in East Tennessee. It’s currently 91 degrees, and it’s only the beginning of June! It wouldn’t be so bad if there were a breeze blowing, but the air is still. I’ve been staying inside as much as possible, but the dog walks are enough to make me feel miserable. Guess it’s finally time to pull out the shorts, tank tops, and flip flops. I sure wish I could swim though. It would feel so great to dive into a pool for some relief.

You probably don’t want to hear that we won’t see 60 this weekend, and might get as high as 70 once for the next week. Wanna come visit??

Os – You’re right. I don’t want to hear that. hehe. But a trip to Montana might be exactly what I need! Can I bring the dogs too?

Know what you mean about the heat. It will be 88 here in Northern California tomorrow. Good thing I completed my yard work today.

My Mom lives on the other side of Tennessee and she’s mentioned the heat the last time I called.
