Dressing Up an Old Bathroom with a New Vanity

When I found my house last year, I instantly fell in love with it. There were only two things I didn’t like – the bathrooms. One is pink, and the other is blue. The pink one in particular has some real issues. The bathtub is pink. The sink is pink. The bathroom vanity itself is white, but the counter top has a marble finish with you guessed it – pink swirls. I bought the house with every intention of remodeling the bathrooms as time and finances would allow.

One of my coworkers has agreed to do the work once I’m ready to begin remodeling. I’ll just need to choose the materials. The first items I plan to purchase are new vanities.

Premiere Vanities has a huge selection of both single and double bathroom vanities in an assortment of styles – wood, antique, contemporary, and traditional. The website offers the ability to search by style, size, and price. I’ve been browsing through the many beautiful pieces, and I’m having trouble even narrowing the selection. There are so many gorgeous vanities to choose from!

One of my favorite features of the website is the Premier Vanities Blog. It is written by team members of PremierVanities.com, and includes lots of helpful articles on bathroom vanities and how to select them. I’ll be putting the blog to good use.

If you’re looking for a way to dress up your old bathroom, be sure to check out Premiere Vanities. And while you’re there, please help me choose my vanities!

Good thing you’re not doing the work yourself.

I replaced the floor in my bathroom, wich require me to take up the shitter, which required me to get a new shitter, which left the shit hole open for about 12 hours while I fixed the sub floor, which made sewer gas come into my house, which made it stink, which made me delirious which made it take longer to the the floor in. I didn’t get the toilet in till midnight and I found the water connection was too short.

Point being, learn from the mistakes of others before you make them yourself, eh?

I love any of the “floating” type vanities. The ones that have no legs and just hang on the wall. For some reason it makes the space they are in appear bigger. And if you saw how tiny my bathroom is you would know why I like that so much. ;)
