I've been to Paris twice, and it's wonderful. And, yes, it was very dog-friendly even then (this was years ago). How are you?
Well, I have lived in France (for an year and a half) and I can tell you that the food is good, however the cakes and pastry is not (it looks good, but the taste isn’t that great).

France is a gorgeous place to visit and live. Many things are told about the French, is true; but once they get to know you they are affable people :) .
