I’ve been a Netflix member for more than two years now, and I’ve never questioned the decision. If you’re a movie buff like me, Netflix is a dream come true. Unlimited rentals for a small fee each month, no wait on most movies, and no late fees.
Now there’s yet another reason for me to love Netflix. There is a shipping facility right here in Knoxville! Previously, I was assigned to the Duluth, GA facility, so there was a two day turnaround for my movies. With the new facility, I receive my movies the day after they are shipped!
If you’re a member of Netflix, be sure to send me a friend request using chattiekat@gmail.com. I’d love to share movie recommendations and reviews!

You’ve got my e-mail…send me movie recommendations for sure!! Our Queue is full but I’m always adding new movies. Bat wants me to watch all these old movies I’ve never seen like Animal House and the Natural. Typically when the movies are in ’short wait’ status, how long does it take to get them? I think our shipping site is in Chattanooga. We have 2 day turn around. Lucky you, I bet you could watch 3-4 movies a week now!!

Can I say “You suck”? We used to use Netflix but it was like a 4 or 5 day turnaround, so even with the 2 or more disc option, we were barely getting that many movies a month to make it worthwhile. Then we just didnt’ have time to watch anything anymore so it wasn’t worth it. Maybe I should look into jumping back in…
Oh and Flat Coke… Animal House? Really? Sigh. If you’ve seen recent stuff like “Old School” or “American Pie” and like them, then you have to see this classic. Sigh. Kids today…

you are truly classic! i think you just SOLD me on the idea of rejoining netflix!
congrats on passing the exam, i am truly PROUD of you!

I am indeed a movie buff… though instead of joining Netflix, I went and got a second job at Blockbuster. Haha! The pay is crappy, though I get free rentals and my regular (accounting) job pays pretty well.
So I am now one of those movie snobs you see working at your local DVD rental place. It’s kind like the movie “Clerks” for me.

Oh that’s so cool that you get them so quickly. I’ve been a member for 2+ years myself. Gives me a chance to show the kids something worth watching like old TV shows I used to grow up with. I get them two days after I mail them in, but the funny thing is that I’m gradually not renting things for me because I’m too busy blogging! Hehe…actually, I did treat myself to one rental, but it’s sitting on the table now. Gotta make plans to watch it.

I usually get my the day after they get my returns back…provided there is mail delivery that day.
Love it.
Their service is ten times better than BlockBuster

I loved using Netflix, but had to quit due to not having enough cash. Maybe one day I’ll join again. Granted if I have the cash for Netflix chances are I also have broadband net access, and who needs Netflix when you have BitTorrent?

Finally! A faster turnaround with our Netflix returns will be a great thing indeed.
