We got one of the battery operated ones that was supposed to cut the cans safely so you didn't get hurt. The stinking thing never did work right and only worked somewhat decently if the can was a specific size. I'll stick with my carpal tunnel inducing one thank you very much. And honestly, some of the manual ones really work smoothly and easily.
