I have three dogs... would have 30 if I could manage to take care of them all. Duke, our Great Dane/Boxer mutt just went through surgery last year to remove a golf ball sized tumor. Poor guy is pushing 11, which is getting up there for a 110 lbs dog. But he's a trooper and the puppies keep him young. I'm sure you know this, but what amazes me about the dogs is how stoic they are. Even when Duke was fighting off a post surgery infection (which was very gross), he was a real trooper.
