The Thoughtful Blogger Award was created by Kristy at Writer’s Reviews. The award is for “those who answer blog comments, emails, and make their visitors feel at home on their blogs. For the people who take others’ feelings into consideration before speaking out and who are kind and courteous. Also for those bloggers who spend so much of their time helping other bloggers design, improve, and fix their sites. This award is for those generous bloggers who think of others.”

I now present the award to five other thoughtful bloggers.

1. Perry Nelson of It’s News to Me – Perry has been a big help to me since I moved my blog to its own domain and started using Wordpress. He has sent all sorts of informative emails and links about Wordpress and CSS. I have had the pleasure of meeting Perry, as he lives here in Knoxville and is a member of KnoxBloggers. He’s just as helpful in person, and he is definitely deserving of this award.
2. Mike Neel of ViNull – Mike is another local blogger and member of KnoxBloggers. He has hosted several blogger meetings at his house, and has always welcomed new members into the group. Like Perry, he has been a big help to me with my own blog. He always offers to help when he sees that I’m struggling.
3. Jonathan of SmartWealthyRich – Jonathan’s blog focuses not only on accumulating wealth, but also on personal development and self improvement. By reading a few of his posts, you’ll discover that he is a very thoughtful person and is indeed deserving of this award. He receives an unbelievable number of comments to his blog, yet he still manages to reply to each and every one.
4. Johann the Dog – I thought it was pretty awesome when I discovered a blogging dog, but I was truly amazed when I realized just how thoughtful Johann is. He posts lots of helpful information for dogs and their owners. He also has another blog, Rescue Me, devoted entirely to helping dogs who are in need of adoption.
5. Adria of Cinq Drawer Handle – Adria is one of the friendliest, most caring bloggers I’ve met. Not only does she reply to the comments left on her blogs, but she leaves very sweet comments all around the blogosphere!
