After much anticipation, we are finally ready to accept pledges for Blogathon 2007!
Mike and I will be blogging on our shared blog, BlogsWeLuv, for 24 straight hours beginning July 28th at 9 AM Eastern. We are required to post at least once every 30 minutes. All pledges made on our behalf will benefit The Glaucoma Foundation.
The Glaucoma Foundation was established in 1984. It is the premier not-for-profit organization committed to leading the fight against glaucoma and identifying new treatments and cures. There are currently 3 million Americans and 67 million people worldwide suffering from glaucoma. I am one of them.
There are several ways you can help.
- Sponsor us for Blogathon 2007 by clicking the cool little button below.
- Hang out with us from 9 AM July 28th – 9 AM July 29th. Refresh your page often!
- Buzz me on Instant Messenger periodically to make sure I’m still awake.
- Bring lots of pizza and Mountain Dew to my house. A porta-potty would be nice too!
- Spread the word!
As an added incentive for your pledges, we will be giving away a $25 Amazon.com gift card. For every $5 you pledge, you will receive one entry into the drawing. The drawing will be conducted at the close of Blogathon 2007.

Can’t wait to read all 48 posts as I am sure you will pointing me in the direction of many great blogs! I might participate in Blogathon, too. I will decide this weekend. But mostly just so I have an excuse to stay up and read you and Mike’s blog.
