Right after closing on the new house, I contacted anybody and everybody with my new address. I even filled out a change of address with the post office. I waited a couple of days and then decided to check the mail. I looked to the left. No mailbox. I looked to the right. Again, no mailbox. I crossed the street to find a whole row of mailboxes, but none of them were for my address. What the hell?
Now I not only need to get a new mailbox, but also a new man to install it. Any volunteers?

How can there be a house and no mailbox? What, did the former owners take it with them? Must’ve been one of those that looked like a cow.

I work for free but you’d have to spring for the plane ticket, sorry.
good luck with it though, maybe on Saturday you can ambush the mailman and blame it on him.

That would freak me out a little bit. I hope you find you a real big strong man to dig you a hole and bury some concrete for your mailbox. Then I hope you get a real love letter mailed to it.

im sure the old owners are having a good laugh that you didnt figure that out before closing. no wonder they were willing to change the fuse box.

bbs ~ I wish that meant I didn’t have to pay the bills that don’t show up! hehe. Just got a mailbox installed today! Watch for pics!
