Can You Digg It?

I’ve been hearing quite a bit about Digg lately, so I decided to give it a try.

Digg is a different kind of news site. All content is determined by its users. Users can submit interesting articles and read through articles that others have submitted. They can “digg” the stories they like and “bury” the ones they don’t. Articles receiving lots of “diggs” are promoted to the front page .

Another cool feature of Digg is the friend list. Add all your friends and then browse their profiles to see what they “digg”.

I’ve been having a blast with Digg. I’ve found all sorts of cool stuff - virtual bubble wrap, grilled hotdog ratings, an interactive 3D human heart, cool gadgets, and even a story about expensive whale shit.

You can view my Digg profile here. And if you have a Digg profile of your own, please add me to your friend list. If you don’t have a profile, now’s the perfect time to set one up!

I guarantee that you’ll “digg” it.
