I apologize that I had to make my blog private. I’ve had someone stalking it out for a few days now. The perpetrator has been spending 20-30 minutes at a time on my blog, and coming back multiple times each day. This person has been reading through all my old posts and leaving extremely rude comments. I just spent a few minutes going back through my site meter records for last night and this morning, before I made the blog private. And I just figured out who the anonymous commenter is. It’s an ex-boyfriend of mine, or perhaps it is his wife. And the real shame is that I thought the ex and I had become friends over the last couple of years. I am sad and hurt to discover that he hid his true feelings for me, and that I had to find them out through anonymous comments on my blog.

Glad you found out who it is. Now you can decide if you really give a crap if he knows what’s going on in your life. Too bad there isn’t a way to block certain people from your site.

People never cease to amaze me in how petty and childish they can be. Granted, blogs are public forums but there is no need to be disparaging just for the hell of it.
What ever happened to if you can’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all?

All I know to say is, try to make sure you know for certain before you get too upset with them. You wouldn’t want to get mad at the wrong person.

Yeah, what a pain…as much as I like the lock features of Livejournal, I would much prefer to be able to keep everything open for everyone…sadly that will never be…
