This weekend was a total waste. I’m still sick, so I didn’t feel like doing a thing. I just laid around the house, napping and watching a Dog Whisperer marathon on the National Geographic Channel. I think the only time I left the house was when I went to Wal-Mart to buy some cough syrup. I was afraid that without it, I was going to end up coughing up a lung. Apparently there is some sort of epidemic in Knoxville. The cold and flu remedy aisle was so packed with people that it was nearly impossible to squeeze into it.
Hopefully I’ll be all better in the next few days. I miss my Brico. I usually get to see him at least every other weekend, but this makes two weekends in a row that I’ve been away from him. And speaking of Brico, this coming Friday will make 8 months that we’ve been together!
I will be taking Molly to the vet on Tuesday morning for her ear flush and dental cleaning. If all goes as planned, they will recheck her creatinine levels two weeks after this appointment. I’ll be so glad once we know what the problem is and how to correct it.
Not much else going on here. I’m off to bed. I hope you all have a great week!

I really wish you could kick the cough. I’m sure this crappy weather doesn’t help. Keep us posted on Molly. Have a good week…drink plenty of water, take vitamin C, and have lots of kinky phone talk with Brico!! Guaranteed to work!

Sometimes having a shut-in weekend is not too shabby. I had a cold about 3 weeks ago and I had a similar weekend. It was kind of a nice change, though. Hope you start feeling better soon!!

Just saying, you can flush her ears with witch hazel and save the cost of a vet visit. Trust me, look it up if you don’t believe me.

oops, thanks for the reminder on the 8 months. where does the time go? seems like it was just yesterday that i was looking at your pics on hnt day and saying to myself “i’ll be damned if i dont gotta get me some of that!”
