Back to the Real World!

I had such a difficult time getting out of bed this morning. Having more than a week off work was incredible. And being able to spend that time with Brico was a dream come true.

I spent 10 nights snuggled up to my sweetie, sleeping as late as I wanted. We went to two concerts, saw both Pursuit of Happyness and Blood Diamond, watched a number of movies at home, and did all sorts of other fun activities. Alas, all good things must come to an end. Now I’m back in the real world of mortgage payments, work deadlines, and getting up at 6:30 AM! *sigh*

Oh, and I finally got that New Year’s kiss! Too bad it tasted like veggie burger and tater tots! *Note to self* Take Brico’s toothbrush next time! ;)

does it count as a type-o when you don’t italicize the words ‘Pursuit of’?
and that wasn’t MY breath that smelled like that! it was the girl i was kissing at 11:58 in the mens bathroom.
wait… why was she zipping up her fly at the urinal??? and what did she mean by “here’s to exploring new things in 2007 sweety!”

Tish, I’m sorry to use your blog for this, BUT:

BRICO!! Take that horrific picture off your blog or I won’t come back for a month! I can’t look at it again! SERIOUSLY!!! And knowing me, even if you post something else, I’ll scroll down by accident and get all faintish again. Please, for the love of all things good and right in the world, put a link to the damn thing so I don’t see it every time I load your page to see if you’ve posted anything better.

Thank you, Tish, for the use of this space. :D
