I’m quickly becoming addicted to Flock. Yes, I’m a geek!
As a web browser, Flock seems much more stable than Internet Explorer. I’ve lost count of how many times IE has frozen up on me, giving me the virtual finger - that annoying little window that asks me to report my problem to Microsoft! Not once has Flock failed to perform less than perfectly!
It’s 1:41 AM. I really must get back to a normal sleep schedule - as if I ever had one!
I’ll be MIA for a few days. I’ll be visiting Brico after work tomorrow for a weekend full of football. He tells me that we’ll be watching the Vols as well as the Broncos. Hmm. This could be the perfect time to catch up on my sleep! ![]()
I’ve been watching Season 2 of House. I honestly think there must be something wrong with me. I am way too intrigued by Dr. House. His cocky, abrasive attitude is fascinating! I have my moments when I’m just as blunt. Way too many of those moments actually - at least according to my friends. But oh, to be like Dr. House! During one of the episodes I just watched, a doctor is dying of what he thinks is Tuberculosis. He has been treating TB in Africa for years. Dr. House is convinced that it’s not the TB, but something else, that is killing the guy. He wants to treat the TB so that certain symptoms disappear, leaving the symptoms related to the deadly mystery illness. The doctor refuses treatment, trying to make a point that he’s no more worthy of treatment than the millions in Africa who are unable to afford such treatment. The guy is prepared to die for his cause! Dr. House promptly states that when the guy dies, he’ll perform an autopsy, prove that the death was not related to TB, and then call a press conference to announce his findings to the world. The TB doctor exclaims, “Why would you do such a thing?!” to which House replies, “Because I’m just a mean son of a bitch!” Ah yes! That one statement says it all. Ya just gotta love Dr. House! And on top of that winning personality, the man is unbelievably sexy!
Okay, I really must get sleep now. Have a terrific weekend!

I thought you were keeping up with Kevin’s blog - he gave you plenty to do this weekend already! Myself, I wanna see some of dem roller derby girls…
Hmm… maybe you should become a roller derby girl. The violence would be the perfect outlet for your “House-ness”

Have a great weekend!
I’ve never watched House, but I think I would like it. I can relate to abrasive a-holes.

My wife is addicted to House, too, so if there’s something wrong with you for it then there’s something wrong with her. I say buy the DVD set and watch to your heart’s content!

I tried Mozilla and wasn’t impressed. It was so tempermental and more over protective than my Nana used to be. That said, maybe Flock is the answer.
HOwever, if you find an answer for Blogger, let the world know. I can’t even post to my homework site this weekend.
See you Tuesday.

I liked Flock when I found it last year. Its a Mozilla-based browser with lots of features built-in one would normally find as an extension for Firefox. Run from IE.

I share your love of House. He kills me. I sit there laughing my ass off and my husband looks at me and says “he’s mean”. I’m like…”Yeah! isn’t is great??”

Mike ~ Thanks so much for turning me on to Kevin’s blog. It’s awesome! I loved the first episode of Sucks Less. Can’t wait for Episode 2! And you’re right - the roller derby would be a great way to release my pent-up “Houseness”!
Gabby ~ I haven’t really looked at Firefox. I should check it out!
JC ~ Thanks! You would LOVE House! Put seasons 1 and 2 in your Netflix queue!
Memphis Steve ~ That’s great that you’re wife likes House too! I see a trend here. All the women seem to love him! I’ll definitely buy the DVD sets!
Yeah, Him ~ Flock will answer your problems with Blogger. I’ve been able to post to my site with Flock when Blogger was acting up.
Sneezy ~ Awesome that you use Flock as well!
Hope ~ It’s hilarious! I’m the same way. Ya gotta love Dr. House’s candor.
Andi ~ Thanks! Woo hooo! He sure is!
