I went to see the Vols play Marshall today. The weather was absolutely terrible. It stormed all day, and just getting downtown was a nightmare in itself. There were flooded roads all over town! On top of that, I parked on the opposite side of the river. Getting to the stadium was fine, but the long walk back was one I wouldn’t want to repeat!
The game itself was good, but it would have been better if we hadn’t had to sit in the pouring rain. Thank goodness for those orange ponchos!
The Vols won 33-7. Here are a few photos I managed to capture between the downpours of rain.

i can understand the players and coaches and even refs having to be out there in the downpour but they make the skimpily clad cheerleaders stay out there too? that aint right. very nice pics!

Actually, the cheerleaders got to wear little plastic raincoats during the worst of the rain. So they didn’t get soaked to the skin.
Dammit.
