Pop Art Portrait #4

June has been a fun month for Self Portrait Challenge. Here is my final “Pop Art” submission.

The theme for July promises to be an interesting one. The challenge is “Self Portrait as a [insert word here.]” You pick your own words, and anything goes! This one will require some serious thought.

Are you ready to take the Self Portrait Challenge?

Excellent way to end up the month! I especially like the sort of hand-dyed appearance of the version in the lower right.

Next month looks to be interesting, yes?

  2. Osbasso Says:

Need some suggestions for the “word”?

  3. Barry Says:

As interesting and fun as it may be to participate, I can’t get over the fact I’d find it hard to believe anyone would want to see what I look like…

  4. Barry Says:

Oh, and I nominate “superhero” as one of the fill-in-the-blanks :)

Osbasso ~ I’d love suggestions! Just keep ‘em clean! ;)

Barry ~ I’d love to see your self portraits! You should definitely participate. It’s a blast! Oh, and I loooooove the superhero idea! I’ll use it!! Now, where did I put that Wonder Woman costume??!

Tish, this looks like Warhol’s take on Elizabeth Taylor. Great job.

  8. Kodijack Says:

Happy Birthday T! Um, does Brico really call you Tishy? Do you call him Brick?

  9. Tish Says:

Brico ~ You and clean don’t belong in the same sentence. ;)

    Rachel ~ Thanks!

Dale ~ Thanks! And yes, Brico really does call me Tishy. In fact, his rendition of Happy Birthday last night went “…happy birthday dear Tishy Wishy…” It’s okay though. I call him Brico! :)
