George just did an interesting post about his thoughts on a Maxim article regarding the average number of sexual partners a man has in his lifetime. I just left my thoughts on his post, and I challenge you to do the same. I’d love to hear what everyone has to say on the matter. Check out the post here, and be sure to leave some comments!

I think a person’s estimates on how many partners men and women have probably have more to do with their own experiences and the people they have around them than a really good sense of the entire country.
For instance, someone who’s heavy into the party scene might say “10-15″, while a minister or a suburban mom from Salt Lake City might say, “1-3″. It depends on your background and experience, really, so a survey is all that can give anyone a good idea.
Assuming the survey’s not take in, like, downtown Hollywood or Times Square or something.

funny enough, a set of data that i just looked at would indicate that most people in our area have 2-3 and the outliers are the 10-15.
