From a phone call earlier tonight:
Brico: Tish, hon, I care about you very much, and I want to make sure that you are getting the care you need. Are you sure your eye doctor is reputable and is on the up and up? He’s not putting you in stirrups, is he?
I couldn’t help but think “awwww” all the way up to the last sentence! I should have known something like that was bound to come out of Brico’s mouth!

Brico is one of those who would want to make sure both the doctor’s hands are not on his shoulder when he is getting a prostate exam. He’s just injecting a little humor in a serious situation. Just know there are those of us out here who care about you.

I love A&W root beer too. I remember riding my bike up to the A&W drive in, on the highway when I was about 12. Nothing like an ice cold frosty mug of root beer on a hot Florida day, nope nothing at all.
Well, maybe except for the picture in my mind right now of you with your feet in the stirups drinking the root beer. Thanks Brico!
