The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is one of my favorite television shows of all time. I just bought Season 2 on DVD a few days ago. I’m on disc 2 of 4 already. This show makes me laugh so hard! It has stood the test of time and hasn’t lost a bit of its appeal. It’s still just as funny and heartwarming as it was in the early 1990s.
The Banks certainly aren’t your average family. They’re loaded. They live in Bel-Air. Most of us can’t relate to their lifestyle. But you know what? There’s no other television family that I’d rather be a part of. Though they sometimes have strange ways of showing it, they have so much love for one another.
Vivian and Philip accepted Will into their home, and they treat him like one of their own children. Sure, the kids are a bit spoiled, but they have been raised with good family values. They know right from wrong. And as silly as it may sound, there are more than a few episodes that bring tears to my eyes each time I see them.
