I found a link to Friday’s Feast on Barry’s blog. Fun stuff! Be sure to check it out! Here’s my first feast!

Feast Sixty-One - Friday, September 09, 2005

Appetizer - Who is the easiest person for you to talk to? My friend Kelly. He can understand my feelings better than anyone else can. I always feel comfortable talking to him, and I know that he won’t judge me. A close second is my ex-boyfriend G. I went through some serious heartache with him, and I never imagined getting to a point where we could actually be friends with the best of intentions for each other. I’m very blessed to have these two guys in my life.

Soup - If you could live in any ancient city during the height of the quality of its society and culture, which one would you choose? I have to agree with Barry on this one. It would be great to go back to Athens. I would love to learn from their great philosophers and teachers, and being exposed to the Greek mythology would be interesting as well.

Salad - What is the most exciting event you’ve ever witnessed? I worked as a volunteer during President Bush’s visit to Knoxville in October 2002. It was great getting to see him speak from only a few yards away.

Main Course - If you were a celebrity, what would you do for a publicity stunt? I’d date a much younger guy. Demi would have nothing on me! ;) To tell you the truth, though, I wouldn’t do it for a publicity stunt. I’ve always been attracted to younger guys, and with very few exceptions, I’ve always dated guys at least several years younger than myself.

Dessert - What do you consider the ideal age to have a first child? I always told myself that I’d have my first child by age 30. I think 30 is a great age. By that time, most people have settled into their lifestyle a bit, found a mate, and are mentally and physically prepared for childrearing. Obviously, I didn’t achieve my goal of having a child by age 30. I’m now 33 and don’t so much as have a boyfriend. But hopefully that will change in the coming years.

I love the idea of this.

Yep…young guys certainly do have benefits.
