A brief update on my world…
- No call from Josh today. He said that he’d call, but for some reason, I’m not too worried about it. He didn’t get to bed until probably 2 AM last night, and had to be back up at 6 AM for Police Academy. It’s possible that he caught up on his rest when he got home today. It’s also possible that he’s giving me the brush off. I prefer to believe the first possibility. I’m supposed to see him tomorrow, so if I don’t hear from him then, I’ll get concerned. And I’ll reevaluate the situation at that time.
- Mike and I made plans to meet on Thursday night. See my previous post for further details.
- Fall semester is officially in session. I’m taking online classes this semester, so hopefully it won’t be too bad. It will be nice on the pocketbook when it comes to gassing up my car. I usually have to make a long haul to the campus some 30-something miles away. I’m taking Accounting I and Management Information Systems this semester.
- My workouts are still going well. I took a couple of days off, but I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow.
That’s about it for the goings-on in my life at the moment. It’s always exciting in Tishville. And for the record, that last statement was tinged with sarcasm.

Online classes are wicked-wonderful. Unfortunately I’ll be commuting the 30 miles to class/work and home EVERY DAY. Say a little prayer for my pocket book. It’s cringing in the corner.
