I just got home from seeing my first play of the season - Arsenic and Old Lace. It’s a classic, but I had never seen it before. It was great! My brother went with me, and we both had an awesome time. If you’re not familiar with the story, it’s about two sisters who poison elderly men with their Elderberry wine, and then they bury their bodies in the cellar. I laughed my ass off.
I snapped a few photos as my brother was driving to the play. Here’s one of me, taken about 4 hours ago.

Heheh - you look great! Glad you had a great time. I haven’t been to anything cultural in so long - I am way overdue. I think I will get some soon though as one of my best girlfriends got a gig with the opera. We shall see.

I was in A&OL quite a few years (decades) ago. I was a last minute fill-in for a minor roll. The gentleman who appears in mid-play and gets knocked off (or was he run out of the place? I can’t remember…). But I was damned fine in the role!
Gosh! A musician AND a thespian! What else will I spring on you?!?!
