I went back to the gym yesterday for the first time since my serious ankle sprain. I had a great workout – 35 minutes of cardio and then about 30 minutes of weight training. It is nice to be back, but my body is feeling the pain today. My legs ache like you wouldn’t believe! I plan to go to the gym every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at the very least. Maybe more often. After all, the better shape I get in, the better my Half-Nekkid Thursday pics will be! hehehe.
