I have been seeing a lot of Burt’s Bees products around town. Being the girly girl I am, they have gotten my attention. I have so many beauty products already, however, that I have never bothered to purchase any of Burt’s stuff. Until recently, that is. While browsing around Walgreen’s one night, I picked up the lemon butter cuticle cream and the strawberry lip gloss. This stuff is unbelievable! And it smells so nice! As most of you know, I’m a lip gloss maniac! There is just no such thing as bad lip gloss. The Burt’s lip gloss comes in a little jar, and you have to apply the gloss to your fingers and then to your lips. I prefer gloss that I can just pop the cap and roll onto my lips, but hey, the Burt’s gloss is definitely worth getting your fingers dirty! It is all natural, and being that it has beeswax as a major ingredient, it has a very thick consistency. It does not have added color, so if you don’t like your own lip color, then you’ll have to do what I do - apply Burt’s gloss over your regular lipstick. It makes for a nice glossy shine! Oh, and did I mention that it’s flavored?? Men beware - when you catch a whiff of my strawberry scented lip gloss, and when you see my lustrous smile, you will fall under my spell! And being that I’m such an awesome kisser, expect to stay there.
